Every week on our main website, dailyheadspa, we pick a topic and explore it in different ways for each day of the week. The topics are everyday aspects of the journey of being an authentic human being - things like curiosity, balance, freedom. Doing the daily thing is a rhythm and a routine that helps us turn a topic around like a kaleidoscope and see it's different colors and shapes.

We experience the topics as we explore them. This space is our place for reflecting a bit on those experiences.
